These terms (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to the online store of Paxsudos IT (business ID 3151267-4) (hereinafter “Online Store”). By using the Online Store, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Online Store.
Products and Prices
The products for sale and their prices are presented on the website. We reserve the right to change product prices and availability without prior notice. All prices include value-added tax unless otherwise stated.
Placing an Order
Placing an order in the Online Store requires registration or ordering as a guest. The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order confirmation is received.
Payment
The Online Store accepts various payment methods, which will be indicated during the checkout process. The customer agrees to pay the price indicated at the time of the order.
Delivery
Software products are available for immediate download. Consulting services are provided according to the customer’s needs, either remotely or in person.
Right of Withdrawal (does not apply to downloadable products or consulting)
The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving a physical product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by email. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Warranty and Returns
Downloadable products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Liability
Paxsudos IT is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Online Store or the use of the products.
Privacy
Customer personal data is processed in accordance with data protection legislation. For more information on privacy, please refer to our privacy policy.
Changes to the Terms
Paxsudos IT reserves the right to change these Terms. Changes will be communicated in the Online Store. Customers should check the Terms regularly.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiations, and if a resolution is not reached, the dispute will be settled in the district court.
